Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. Responsibilities

  • Travelling to different sites to meet and obtain new clients
  • Building long term relationships with key clients
  • Cold calling as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a pipeline of opportunities
  • Maintain close liaison with key stakeholders to provide input into the strategic direction of the business, the functionality and launch of new services
  • Manage sales objectives
  • Manage a client portfolio in order to maintain and generate anew income for the business
  • Presenting the company to potential clients
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

Qualifications

  • An entrepreneurial mindset
  • Willingness to go above and beyond for clients
  • Aptitude from finding, building and nurturing clientele base
  • A high degree of ambition
  • Strong communication skill, with the ability to network
  • access to a vehicle and a Class 5 drivers licence
  • 1 year of outside sales experience and/ or
  • 2-3 years construction related experience
