This position reports to our CFO, Scott Karsen, who has an international career, having worked for world leaders in both service and manufacturing and has two great passions in business. He gains great satisfaction from driving both operational results and building the careers of his direct reports.
The right individual has solid business judgment, strong reporting & analysis focus, analytical strength, and drives a fast-paced and growth-oriented Company to positive results with a dedicated and pragmatic approach. The DRPA enables the production of timely and accurate financial statements and supporting analyses to support senior executives at both the corporate and regional level. Specifically, the DRPA is responsible for the financial management, guidance and compliance that supports successful ongoing profitable growth in a resource efficient fashion. The DRPA ensures vital administrative and reporting procedures are in place and combines inspirational leadership and the vision necessary to facilitate success and expansion. Instilling the proper financial and operational controls the DRPA encourages business discipline and promotes, interprets, and translates in-depth financial information into meaningful information and metrics that drive business decisions and growth and support strategic and operational decision making. Financial statements, budgets, costs, capital investment analysis, financial reports, business development support, and strategy support are a few of the responsibilities.
