We have an exciting opportunity in our Universal Health and Safety Division for an Office Administrator, to join our growing Company.

 

Being the first point of contact in our UHS office, this role is important in representing the Company’s purpose of bringing “Peace of Mind” to both our clients and employees, while being responsible for providing administrative support to our office personnel. A successful candidate with have excellent interpersonal skills, patience and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
  • Signing in all visitors and providing any office policies
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents
  • Registering students via our online website
  • Maintaining and update our website
  • Preparing course certificates for students
  • Entering data into our CRM: Hubspot
  • Sending proposals and providing support to sales as needed
  • Creating and coordinating our training calendar with the TCP Training Coordinator/Training Manager
  • Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts
  • Assisting with Dispatch when needed

Qualifications

  • Highschool diploma or relevant education
  • Experience with data entry
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work well independently and with a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, etc), SharePoint and Gmail.
  • Experience with CRMs is an asset
  • Office experience an asset
