The WorkSafeBC Occupational First Aid Level 2 course is a 36 hour program and is designed to provide life-saving first aid skills for urban attendants in industry. Initial certification for your OFA Level 2 course requires full participation and course attendance. Successful candidates must achieve 70% or higher on both practical and written exams. Exams are conducted on the last day of class. Certification is valid for three years

Must be physically able to perform all of the First Aid tasks required to complete the learning tasks. No experience is necessary.
A Statement of Fitness, as well as acceptable personal identification is required prior to Occupational First Aid Attendant certification.
Certification of the OFA level 2 course requires full participation and course attendance. Candidates must demonstrate practical skill competency and achieve 70% on a multiple choice exam. Upon successful completion, the participant will receive certification that is valid for three years.
The duration of the Occupational First Aid level 2 course is 36 hours over 5 consecutive days. Universal Health and Safety offers an ideal learning environment with well-appointed facilities and clean and comfortable floors for the hands-on portions of the course. The facility is conveniently located near Gilmore SkyTrain station.
